CSWPC is a competitive swim club, this requires that all club members are ASA registered. Further details can be obtained from the ASA website. The ASA have produced a guide to completing their form.

Personal Details UPD_Form Use this form if you have changed address, name etc. so that the club can keep its records up to date. Member Renewal Form Complete this form for 2009-2010 Membership. New Member forms: Young swimmers wishing to joing CSWPC are invited to attend the monthly assessment session at Leisure @ Cheltenham, Tommy Taylors Lane held at 7pm on the first Tuesday of the month. Please bring with you a completed Application for membership form and wait changed and ready in the changing village at the entrance to the training pool at 6.55pm. In addition to the usual swimwear and towel please bring a swimcap for long hair and goggles for sensitive eyes. The first session will be treated as an assessment and will be free of charge. After successful assessment you will be required to complete a membership pack. Full details are given in the New Swimmer Letter Please note that there will be no new intake assessment in August and September 2010. |
